State of the Art Manufacturing

Rearo have recently installed a new addition to their state of the art manufacturing division at Govan, Glasgow.

The Homag Weeke Venture 3M computer controlled (c.n.c.) Machining Centre was commissioned in early May and is now in full operation.

The new machine, which can handle jobs of upto 3000mm x 1250mm will increase efficiency and capacity and will enable easier manufacture for complex solid surfacing requirements.

The CNC Machine was purchased through Homag's Scottish agents Deral, who organised extensive staff training for the new equipment. Deral also assist Rearo to maintain all their machinery to the highest Health and Safety standards. This was agreed as part of Rearo's ISO 18000 Health and Saftey Policy.
